Mary Badillo de Zavala

Originally from Tampa, FL Mary moved to Knoxville, Tennessee and attended UTK receiving her BFA in Sculpture in 2019. She has now been tattooing 5 years, and is currently working at Studio 222, in Downtown Chattanooga. Mary primarily works in Blackwork illustration, Illustrative realism, pointillism and ornamental. Frequently she combines these styles to make designs even more unique. She has a deep love for all things old, food, vintage domestic objects, and nature, intersecting these worlds puts her in her flow state. She is also known to have custom hand drawn additions of flowy pointillism curls and wispy fine lines to add movement to original pieces and flash. Mary is currently booking about 2 months in advance, and is taking on custom pieces and the flash she has on her Instagram (that has not previously been claimed).
